1/3 cup Olive Oil
4 Cloves of Garlic

20 Habaneros
2 tbsp of salt
Can of Diced Mangos
3/4 cup Apple Cider
3/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
Can of Drained Diced Mangos
Lemon (will need to squeeze lemon)
3 tbsp Sugar
Add the onion, olive oil, garlic, strips of ginger, habaneros, and salt to a pan
Continue to deglaze pan as the heat rises
Then combine the sauce with diced mangos, apple cider, white wine vinegar, drained diced mangos, lemon squeeze, and sugar and transfer to a pressure cooker or natural release pressure cooker.
