Are you a big fan of Habaneros and mangos, and are looking to create a scrumptious, flavorful hot sauce to combine the two? You cannot miss out on Chris' Spicy Habanero Hot Sauce. We used a variety of Habaneros to create this dish but you can choose to use whatever habaneros you have or you'd like to use. Thank you Chris for sharing this unforgettable sauce recipe, we absolutely enjoyed this!
1/3 cup Olive Oil
4 Cloves of Garlic
4 1-inch strips of ginger
2 tbsp of salt
Can of Diced Mangos
3/4 cup Apple Cider
3/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
Can of Drained Diced Mangos
Lemon (will need to squeeze lemon)
3 tbsp Sugar
Add the onion, olive oil, garlic, strips of ginger, habaneros, and salt to a pan
Continue to deglaze pan as the heat rises
Then combine the sauce with diced mangos, apple cider, white wine vinegar, drained diced mangos, lemon squeeze, and sugar and transfer to a pressure cooker or natural release pressure cooker.
For pressure cooker - cook for 2 minutes. For natural release pressure - cook for 5 minutes.
