It's so hot just like the heat in Miami. This is perfect for those chilly fall nights and cold winter days! It doesn't hurt to feel like we're in Miami as well...
5 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 lb Round Steak (Cubed)
1 lb Boneless Chuck Steak (Cubed)
3 TBSP Chili Powder
1 TBSP Cumin
1 TBSP minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Red Pepper (your choice of any pepper!)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
15 oz can Tomato Sauce
12 oz can Beer
1 1/2 cups water
Brown meat in 2 tsp oil, then set aside.
Heat remaining oil, then add spices.
Cook and stir 1 minute, then add liquids and meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 hours or unitl meat is tender.
