Along with the 7 Pot Lava Red and 7 Pot Lava Chocolate, this 7 Pot Lava Yellow Pepper is a cross between a Moruga and 7 Pot Primo. This fiery pepper is to not be messed with as it is a face-melting pepper, so be prepared for some sweating! The 7 Pot Lava Yellow Chile plants can grow to around 3-4 feet tall, and the peppers will be uniform and consistent. You can expect a citrus, fruity flavor from this yellow hot pepper when comparing this pepper to the other 7 Pot Variations. This pepper will leave your senses in confusion though. When you cut it open, a citrusy jab of heat fills the air and it feels like the end of the world when you take that first bite. But you’re hit with a fruity, juicy Moruga taste when the heat resides. Just when you think it’s over, it’s ended with a right hook filled with sweltering heat. This strain hasn't been around for too long, so expect a bit of pod variation. We have heard from reviewers say this yellow hot pepper has the hottest immediate heat out of all the yellow super hots to date currently. Ouch!
WARNING: Plants adjust to small, gradual changes in their environment better than sudden shifts, which is what the hardening off process is all about. Just as you get burned when you bare your untanned skin to the sun, leaves of plants started indoors will develop pale, sunburned patches if they are suddenly exposed to too much sun. The story has a happier ending when you introduce seedlings to bright light and sheltered breezes gradually, over a period of one to three weeks.
