This Big Mustard Mama pepper is as mean and gnarly as it looks. A cross between the Naga Morich and Trinidad Douglah, it is mustard, olive green colored pepper with a bumpy and wrinkled texture. The Big Mustard Mama pepper plant is a very productive plant that grows over 4 feet tall and produces peppers over 2 inches long. As it ripens to a green/mustard color, the flavor will taste earthy with a slight floral taste. You can make a lot of crazy hot sauces with this unique pepper, and there is no doubt that this will be the hottest Verde salsa known to man!
