Grow one of the most popular chile peppers in Mexico in your garden this year with these live Guajillo seedlings. Guajillo plants grow about 2 feet tall and pods reach 3 to 6 inches in length with a wrinkly raisin-like texture. Expect flavor to be somewhat sweet and fruity with a sharp savory heat similar to a Jalapeno. Your harvest of Guajillo peppers can be used to create authentic mole sauces, salsas, powder, and more!

WARNING: Plants adjust to small, gradual changes in their environment better than sudden shifts, which is what the hardening off process is all about. Just as you get burned when you bare your untanned skin to the sun, leaves of plants started indoors will develop pale, sunburned patches if they are suddenly exposed to too much sun. The story has a happier ending when you introduce seedlings to bright light and sheltered breezes gradually, over a period of one to three weeks. Read more information on how to harden off and transplant pepper plants in 6 steps.

All my seedlings have flowers, they are killing it! I will 100% order from y'all next season!

Plants were scrawny when I first received them, but now they are a little over 2’ tall and healthy. I am planning to overwinter them so anything I receive this year would be a bonus. On a scale of 1 to 10, pepper joe would receive a 7

Not the quality I expected

Read the instructions and transplanted per the guide and they are only about 4” taller and just as spindly. Giving them food to assist in the growing hoping for a good finish. My other seedlings I received in this order have the same result.
