Description:

Looking for amazing sweet-tasting peppers, but want to avoid the bell pepper flavor? Then the Apple Hungarian is a great pepper choice for you to grow and use in all different types of cooking!

The Apple Hungarian pepper plant will grow 2-3 ft. tall with great disease resistance and high production. Watch as this plant fills up with these round, flat-shaped pods that grow to 4" long and 3" wide. Ripening from pale green to dark red, Apple Hungarians can be harvested at any stage in the pepper maturity process. These pods look like little pumpkins, with some pods developing 3-4 lobes.

This is a great sweet pepper to roast, bake, or grill, and to put on your salads and sandwiches! It is an aromatic, juicy, sweet, meaty pepper, and has the perfect size for stuffing and fillings. Order your Apple Hungarian Pepper Seeds today!

Hungarian Alma( Apple) Pepper

Low germination rate. First packet of 50 seeds were germinated indoors as directed on video. Only 5 seeds sprouted. Second bag of seeds were sown into outdoor garden bed, somewhat better germination but still less than 25%. Would have been better for me to purchase the plants rather than the seeds.
