Sweet Autumn Bell Plants - 2 Live Plants

The plant will grow to around 3 feet, with peppers growing to 4 inches. The sweetness and flavor increase as the color changes, from green and then red. What is unique about these peppers is they are great for Northern gardens because they can mature fast in about 65 days! These peppers are great in salads, dips, stuffed peppers, and sandwiches. You can even roast it and peel off the charred skin and add olive oil and garlic to make a tasty meal! 

WARNING: Plants adjust to small, gradual changes in their environment better than sudden shifts, which is what the hardening off process is all about. Just as you get burned when you bare your untanned skin to the sun, leaves of plants started indoors will develop pale, sunburned patches if they are suddenly exposed to too much sun. The story has a happier ending when you introduce seedlings to bright light and sheltered breezes gradually, over a period of one to three weeks.
