Description:

The 7 Pot Evergreen, as the name implies, ripens from light green to an olive-green coloring and is one of the hottest green pepper variations.

These pepper plants grow up to 4 ft. tall and produce many green 5" long pods. Evergreen peppers have a large plump, rounded shape, but have a rough and dimply texture. If you wait too long to harvest these peppers, they will overripen to a mustard-yellow color and get too soft.

The 7 Pot varieties are named for the ability to spice up 7 pots of stew with one pod.  This pepper has a tangy taste, similar to other green super hot peppers, and can be used dried or cooked. We urge you to take caution when handling peppers with high heat levels, as capsaicin can irritate or burn your skin.

Not sprouting

We received ten seeds and only two sprouted. Two seeds for $4.99 seems excessive.
