The flavor profile is what attracts a majority of chili growers to the Anaheim pepper.

Pleasant bonus plants

I received these as bonus seeds with my order and had all 4 seeds sprout indoors and and make fairly healthy plants that seem to be growing well even in the poor native NC acidic clay soil with minimal soil conditioning. These were started late so unsure what production will be like but given the health of these guys I have nothing to complain about! I look forward to the other pack of bonus seeds i got with my last order when I start them up in a few months for early spring planting!
