Description:
A chocolate variant of the Apocalypse Scorpion, with a slightly sweet, smoky flavor that packs a lot of heat. Its heat is comparable to the Carolina Reaper, although this pepper has not yet been tested on the Scoville heat scale. The pepper pods are a bit larger than the standard Apocalypse Scorpions and have a higher heat than their red relative. The pod matures to a brown color and grows to 2.5 inches with a shriveled and bumpy texture, usually with the signature scorpion tail. Plants can grow up to 5 ft tall. Don’t forget – they’re super hot!

Type: Super Hot
Origin: Italy
Germination Rate: Estimated 93-98%
Days to Harvest: 90-120 Days

Sprouts, all 3 of them, are 4 ins. tall with strong growth and new leaves. Still hoping for some more sprouts to come up.
Too early to plant here in MI, but am looking forward to growing them out. Thanks for your fantastically HOT company.
Very Impressed with this plant, tonnes of peppers!! Gonna make a jelly and dry some for powder. Maybe get brave enough to make some wings!!
Love Pepper Joes, your seeds are primo!!
I planted 5 seeds from the pack and none came up. Maybe it was me, but the carolina reapers performed well and were planted in the same tray...???
2 out of 10 seeds germinated. Very slow grower. Many of my pepper seeds I planted well after these have surpassed them and already have flowers.
