BlackNaga

Black Naga Pepper Seeds

Size

This rare pepper is a chocolate version of the King Naga Pepper. The origin is believed to be from Bangladesh like other Nagas.

It grows huge dark brown pods that dwarf the Chocolate Ghost and is a very productive plant. Nice sweet-with-heat flavor like other chocolate varieties. The average heat has been measured between 700,000 - 800,000 Scoville units.

The stability of this variety is unknown because not many have grown it. So it is possible you could get red King Naga pods. But in any case, a NEW variety worth growing.

Species:Capsicum Chinense

Heat Level: 700,000-800,000 SHUs

Type: Hot

Origin: Bangladesh

Days to Harvest: 90+ Days

So far so good...

Planted 5 seeds, and 3 seeds germinated.Of the 3, one of them has really took off and is over 3 feet tall and producing peppers like crazy...it has about 8 peppers that are dark green in color currently, waiting to see if they turn chocolate or red (since there is some possible stability issues).

Prolific pepper

Easy to germinate. I have one bush going for a few months, and it always has a dozen peppers on it. Very hot, but they seem to remain more of a dark green with some yellow undertones, and never truly turn "black".
