Coming from Africa, these heirloom yellow Fatali pepper seeds grow extremely well in hot weather areas. One can expect to feel the sting of the Fatali pepper in the first bite. Unlike habaneros, this heat won't creep up on you slowly, the burn is felt right away. Be prepared to hang on for your life! The Fatali pepper plant grows to about 3 feet tall and produces pepper pods around 1 inch long. The chili has a citrus flavor that deliciously complements any fish, chicken, or veal dish.

Always great to find such wonderful varieties on your list and your quick shipping helps since I’m always late to plant!

Great customer service

We haven’t planted the seeds yet, but we had some issues with the seeds being misplaced during delivery so they sent replacements. They sent cute pepper stickers too. My husband was quite happy.

Fatalii’s… I love them.

Great peppers, one of my favorites. Decent amount of fruit and good size pods.

New Favorite

I tried growing these for the first time this year. I like to try a couple new varieties each year and these are my new favorite! Successful germination, 4 seeds all grew into 2-3' tall productive plants. So far I've only harvested about 12 of these Fatalis, we have late summers here in NW Oregon, the remaining 50 or so fruits, are ripening up nicely. I'm digging the super brilliant yellow/orange color and pointy shape. The flavor is distinctive, citrusy with a slight raspberry note. Quite hot but not so spicy you can't enjoy the unique flavor. Been using them in Indian cuisine and some cucumber salads so far.
Also a big fan of the Mustard Habaneros. Thanks Pepper Joe's.
