Gator Jigsaw Pepper Seeds

The hefty Gator Jigsaw pepper has been rumored to be hotter than the Carolina Reaper, but that is yet to be determined officially. This super hot beast packs serious heat that you'll immediately notice – quick heat that peaks and then dissipates.

This pepper shares some characteristics of Pepper X, and is a relative of the Jigsaw pepper. Gator Jigsaw pepper plants can grow up to 4 ft tall and are very productive. The pepper ripens from green to yellow-mustard, with wrinkly skin and dimples.

You must be careful when consuming this extremely hot pepper! With heat levels estimated at around 1,500,000 SHUs, we recommend wearing protective gear such as latex gloves when harvesting and handling these peppers in the kitchen.
