Padron peppers originated from the Northwestern region of Spain and are a favorite mild pepper variety that is oh-so flavorful to use in your food! These seedlings will develop into 3 ft. tall pepper plants and produce pepeprs that grow to 2-3" long and ripen from green to red, but you can pick these peppers at any stage in the maturity process. Padron peppers are a fantastic early-maturing heirloom pepper that is perfect for those who want peppers as soon as possible! You can make fried Padron peppers, stuffed Padron peppers, roasted Padron peppers, grilled Padron peppers, and more! n Spanish regions, the peppers are typically sautéed in olive oil with a pinch of salt, and then eaten as an appetizer.
