You’re asking me for a review 22 days after the seeds arrived? Well, I planted them, they sprouted in about 9 Days as advertised in a regular starter mix. But, they’re still tiny, because it’s only been 22 days. I have no idea how my peppers taste, because… it’s only been 22 days. They’re like an inch tall.
I've received 5 free seeds. 1 sprouted and this provide a healthy plant. Impatient to see the evolution! I bought some in 2012 from Joe Pepper and they were all high producers!
No matter where you get your seeds, Trinidads are tough to germinate. Even though I only got 5 out of 12 to germinate, I know enough that this is not uncommon when it comes to Trinidads. Out of the 5 that germinated, 3 made it. Those 3 that made produced an unbelievable amount of pods, SUPER HAPPY!
I ordered a few hot pepper seeds from here, and they are all doing very well. In fact, they're by far the biggest of the many peppers I have. I had 100% germination rate. It was definately worth the buy because they're super fun to grow!
The seeds are great. 100% germination. Plants grew in to big strong healthy plants which produced an enormous amount of pods. The pods are EXTREMELY hot( that's what we want, right?) they have a fruity taste that packs a major punch. They are also great dried into flakes or powder.
