Have had 4/4 of the seeds I started Germinate and have grown well so far, can't wait to see how they turn out.
Every single pepper seed I planted from Pepper Joe's sprouted! My 2 year old even helped and mixed all the seeds up from the labels I made. But that's okay I have a bunch of unknown baby peppers, I'm excited to see these plants grow.
I planted 6 seeds of Habanero Sweet Yellow peppers and ended up with 100% germination. Germination took between 7 to 10 days This is the first year growing them and I was hoping they be similar in taste to the Habanada pepper that I really love. If these taste is just as good if not better, I could see these replacing them because I get a better germination rate of these.
Fun fact about my experience with these peppers, I ended up loosing one of my 6 pepper because it was an albino plant, meaning it lacked chlorophyll. Albino plants don’t survive more than a few weeks because there is nothing producing food. I thought it was pretty cool being that you never see things like that.
As for Pepper Joe’s, I have really enjoyed doing business with them the last 2 years. Seed germination rate on their seeds are between 75 to 85 percent on average. I love how they state the heat level on their peppers, so if you are just starting out, you don’t get two wild. Easy to use website. Very helpful information. If I’m willing to try something new, these guys are the first place I go to help me make a decision. I’m really looking forward to a long future with these guys.
I only needed two ghost pepper plants for the season, so I planted four. All four came up!!! These are for my son and he can't wait!!!
Gave this bundle to our son for his birthday!!! He loved it!!! However the sausage did clean him and his buddies out, he said he would eat it again!!! Awesome flavor!!!
