Hecho con pimientos Bhut Jolokia recién cosechados en su punto óptimo de maduración, este puré de pimientos picantes te hará enjugar la frente y respirar profundamente. Si este es el punto intenso que buscas en un puré de pimientos fermentados, ¡estás en el lugar correcto!

El Puré de Chile Fantasma se creó mediante un proceso de fermentación tradicional y se añejó a la perfección para transformarse en un puré delicioso y súper picante que puedes añadir a cualquier plato para compensar el picante. Aunque le añadimos el picante, no dejamos de lado los sabores. Este puré es muy sencillo, con solo cuatro ingredientes: chiles fantasma, sal, ácido cítrico y ácido acético.

El Ghost es conocido por sus sabores ahumados, salados y afrutados que todos los amantes del chile adoran, y nos aseguramos de sacarle el máximo partido. Ghost Mash Puree

Flavor is great and no issues with actual product. However, after the initial opening, the lid bound up and I had to use channel lock pliers to open the second time. This distorted the lid and now I question how this will affect shelf life.

I would never have attempted a ghost pepper hot sauce at home, because while I love the heat, we don’t love the nearly tear gas fumes from a scratch batch. Your purée allows for skipping the steps I can’t easily do at home, and make some excellent and HOT sauce! Sometimes I add a touch of purée to other dishes I’m making. It’s great and I absolutely love it!

Perfect To Make Deer Repellent

I wanted the most potent stuff I could find that was made from real peppers to use in making a liquid that I could safely spray on my Giant Hostas to keep the deer from eating them. This did the trick perfectly! I wouldn't eat it on a bet, though!
