Great flavor, nice heat!

We really enjoyed this jerky. The flavors are well presented and the heat is a "creaper" and not "over powering". Perfect balance between the two.

Poor Meat Quality

The flavor of the Mango Habanero was OK, but not as good as Jalapeno Jerky. What was disappointing was the gristle in the meat. All too frequently I had to discard sections of each piece that could not be chewed completely. I am curious if the meat for the Mango Habanero was from a different ranch, since I never had this issue with the Jalapeno Jerky.
