Blueberry / Chocolate Moruga Jam is easier to make than you think. All you need are fresh blueberries and a ripe Chocolate Moruga to get started on this! This is perfect to make any time of the year, and especially during the summer so you can get the most out of blueberries. You will notice sweet, fresh flavors of blueberries mixed with some sugar with the kick of the Chocolate Moruga, which is what we love to taste. Ingredients

4 cups blueberries

1 Chocolate Moruga pepper, stem and seeds removed

1 cup of water

3 cups of sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 package liquid pectin
Directions
Wash and destem blueberries
Add blueberries and deseeded chocolate moruga pepper to blender. Puree or liquify mixture.
Pour mixture into sauce pan, rinse blender with water to get all the mixture out. Add to saucepan along with lemon juice.
Heat while adding sugar. Bring to a roiling boil for 1 minute.
Add liquid pectin and bring to roiling boil for 1 minute.
Put into containers and let cool and set.

It is recommended to cook this outside with adequate safety gear.
