Live Plants - We kindly request that you reach out to us within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving your plants in the event of any shipping-related damages or plant death. We will be unable to provide a replacement or refund for your plants beyond 7 days or after transplanting.
Seeds - Please contact us within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving your seeds for any delivery related damages or shipping issues. If you're experiencing germination issues please be patient, germination can take 4 weeks depending on the variety. If you're still seeing poor germination after 4 weeks of planting or within 6 months of purchase, please contact us so we can rectify the issue. If we are contacted later than 6 months after the date of delivery for your order, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. To ensure timely assistance, please follow these guidelines:
- Notify us within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving your plants if any damages occurred.
- Notify us within 6 months of any seed germination/health issues.
- Include relevant details such as order number, description of the damage, and supporting photographs if possible.
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone .
- Our team will review your report and provide further instructions regarding the resolution process.
- If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within the designated timeframe.
Please note that any damage reported after the 2-day (48-hour) window or beyond 7 days from the delivery date for plants, including damages resulting from transplanting, will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
