Purchased the fire pack, and woe! I had to add a few extra planters when so many seeds sprouted.
Don't know haven't started on growing yet but the delivery was quick and well packaged.
My second time shopping, it was for hot peppers...i planted these four of each...as expected most sprouted...forced me to build a raised garden and some in containers at least one of each...will buy again, next buy my third time...hotter peppers...
My order for Fire in a Box pepper seed collection arrived exactly on the date promised. I was able to track the progress using the tool provided when I ordered.
I eagerly opened up my F in a B and looked up every variety included. I found desciptions of every variety on the PJ website. A total of 13 packs of seeds well over 200.
I followed PJ instructions for germination of the seeds placing each variety in a damp paper towel and then inside a plastic baggie with about an inch left open for air circulation. I'm amazed at how quicklt each packet became its only little greenhouse complete with water condensation.
I achieved no less than 80% germination for each variety. I think outstanding for my very first time.
I transplanted the seeds and took my time letting the seedlings get aclimiatized to being outside. My plants are growing in their dedicated garden space. Next year I will add tomatos cellentra onions to my peppers and have a salsa garden.
Thanks Pepper Joe for a great variety pack and easy instructions to grow.
You have made me a happy customer and budding pepperhead
Normally, when planting, one plants multiple seeds in hopes that at least one takes. Well, Pepper Joe's seeds, ALL grow into productive plants. I have never failed to produce many, many plants and peppers that i make into sauces that last me till the next season. The varieties in this box are pan- spectrum, mildish to hot hot. Tasty is sublime amonst the varieties. Always successful. No need for another seed source. You won't be disappointed!!!
