For the Cajun food lovers or those wanting to try cajun food, this will be so delicious!
4 catfish fillets (4 oz each)
1 oz wheat flakes cereal (crushed)
1 oz paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 TBSP oil
Wash fillets and pat dry.
Mix wheat flakes and seasonings in large bowl.
Dip fillets in seasoning mix, coating both sides.
Fry fillets in oil.
