Ingredients

4-6 lbs Picnic (I use Pork butt or sholder)

1 can tomatoes

1/2 cup vinegar

1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce

1 TBSP salt

1 TBSP sugar

2 tsp black pepper
-
2 tsp crushed red pepper (Chileheads, feel free to substitute any and all types of peppers here!)
Directions
Cook a minimum of 6 hours and serve on hamburger buns with cole slaw.
Recipe Note
This recipe was created from a local guy in Southeastern Virginia. We like to add some of Pepper Joe's hot sauces right in the mix or on the sandwich, but you can use your homemade hot sauce for this!
