If you're a fan of jalapeño poppers but want an extra kick, then you're going to love Carolina Reaper Chili Poppers! Instead of Jalapeños, you're using Reapers! You can use any Reaper to make this recipe, or even any super-hot pepper to create some poppers. Just be careful when you take a bite as it can get ridiculously hot and you may tear up a bit. This can be a great appetizer to make for parties and gamedays, or whenever you're craving some spicy snacks.

You can use an oven or an air-fryer to cook these chili poppers. Thank you Walker for sharing your spicy recipe to us!

Ingredients

  • Any cheese blend (the hot pepper blend is awesome)

  • Carolina Reapers (any peppers will work)

  • Bacon Bits

Directions

  1. Start in a clean area and lay your peppers. Split your peppers in half and scrape out the seeds

  2. Remember to always wear gloves and never touch your eyes while handling hot peppers

  3. Sprinkle enough cheese to fill the pepper half way

  4. Put the bacon bits inside each pepper

  5. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or air fry them for 7 minutes
