We take hot sauces very seriously at Pepper Joe's, and the Death Wish Hot Sauce is one of our favorite hot sauces to make when we harvest our peppers. But. be warned as this could be your death wish. Try this hot sauce recipe out, and comment below when you think!

Ingredients

8 Habanero peppers
2 cups water
2 cups vinegar
2 Anaheim chili peppers
2 Jalapeno peppers
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Lemon pepper
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients with a food processor/blender until the peppers are finely chopped.
Pour into large saucepan and bring to a full boil. Stir the sauce.
Reduce the heat and let is simmer for half an hour or until sauce begins to thicken.
Pour sauce into bottles and let sit for 24 hours!

Recipe Note

Note: This sauce has been deemed unfit for human consumption by some people and should be used as a “joke sauce” for those die-hards that claim you can’t make a sauce too hot for them!!! Personally, I like it!
