Want spicy, scorching hot peppers in your hot sauce? How does 10 Carolina Reapers sound? We were sold and we just had to keep making more of this hot sauce! This recipe was submitted by Kenny Chinn, and this hot sauce delivers in burning heat and delicious flavors. The Devil's Blood Hot Sauce is great for a variety of food, even for dessert such as waffles, ice cream, and milkshakes! Thank you Kenny for sharing!
This is a recipe I created last year and it goes great with ice cream or in milkshakes. Everybody at my work loved it and I must admit it was very delicious. - Kenny

Ingredients

10 pepper joe's Carolina Reapers, 3/4 seeds removed

1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

2-3 cups strawberries

Half an orange peeled, (all the white inside parts removed)

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 table spoon citric acid
Directions
Mix all ingredients into blender until smooth. May have to do it half at a time.
Pour into pot and heat on medium until light boil.
Pour into hot sanitized bottles and place in hot water bath for 10 mins to creat a good seal.
