Pinot Noir Pepper Seeds

Seeds

Looking for a refreshing, tasty Pinot Noir? Well, we don’t have the wine bottle but we do have Pinot Noir bell peppers that are flavorful and such a great conversation starter to have with your friends and family! You will find the peppers unique as the Pinot Noir pepper plant will stand out with its wide variety of colors displayed simultaneously. The blocky large peppers will ripen to light green when young, before blushing to shades of citrus, berry, purple, and cherry red. With their eccentric color pattern, the Pinot Noir pepper plant will look striking in your garden.

The highly adaptable plant will produce heavy yields of firm, thick-walled peppers that are crispy and crunchy when you take a bite of the pod. It is very sweet, sweeter than the regular bell pepper, with a welcoming aftertaste. Because the Pinot Noir is sweeter, we think its sweetness is similar to the Gypsy F1 pepper, but we will let you put it to the test! The pepper is excellent for eating fresh or adding color to salads, for stuffing, and to serve as grilled, roasted, and stir-fried

Fun Fact: Because of how highly adaptable the plant is, the Pinot Noir Sweet Bell Pepper will perform well in hot and cold conditions. This means you won’t miss out on growing the Pinot Noir no matter where you are!

Germination perfection!

We were very pleased with our seeds germination rates, we had 100% germination. Cannot wait to see how they grow and taste!

Great seeds!

Planted them in starter cups and they all came up within 7 days. Which in my past experience with peppers, that is very fast. They are about 4-5 inches tall now.

I can’t wait!

I received my order as promised in a super fast fashion. Planting season is just around the corner. I’d be more than happy providing an update if prompted to do so. I start my seeds in my basement with a heat mat and always had great success. Excited to get going already!

Germination rate wasn't very good for several of the pepper seeds packets

Such a small amount of seeds ,10 for the price wasn't a very good
value as well. I didn't get more then 4 plants from several of the packages with replanting
a second time for low germination. I planted dozens of different plants
in the tray and everything else germinated so I am not going to agree the environment was the issue.

Hello, hot peppers can be tricky to germinate. Here is the process we follow and see 95% success rate across the board. They are very particular to soil temp requiring 80-85* and can take up to 6 weeks to germinate. I hope this helps! Let us know what other questions you may have!
