Pepper Joe's
Use spicy garlicky mushroom as a side dish, or to add to your favorite sandwich!
2 TBSP butter or 1 TBSP olive oil
3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 or 2 hot peppers of your choice
Melt butter or olive oil in small skillet, add garlic.
Sauté until translucent.
Add peppers, turn heat up to medium cook for one more minute.
Add mushrooms, and cook till brown and crispy around edges.
