Carolina Pork Barbeque Picnic Plus
- 4-6 lbs Picnic (I use Pork butt or sholder)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 bottle Worchestershire sauce
- 1 TB salt
- 1 TB sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper (Chileheads, feel free to substitute any and all types of peppers here!)
Cook a minimum of 6 hours and serve on hamburger buns with cole slaw.
I got this recipe from a local guy here in South eastern Virginia. I like to add some of Pepper Joe's hot sauces right in the mix or on the sandwich. I particularly like to add my homemade Pepper Joe's habanero sauce.
