Miami Heat Chili

Ingredients

  • 5 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Round Steak (Cubed)
  • 1 lb Boneless Chuck Steak (Cubed)
  • 3 TB Chili Powder
  • 1 TB Cumin
  • 1 TB minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 (12 oz) can Beer
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions

  1. Brown meat in 2 tsp oil, then set aside.
  2. Heat remaining oil, then add spices.
  3. Cook and stir 1 minute, then add liquids and meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 hours or unitl meat is tender.
Serve with chopped onions, Jalapeno peppers, and shredded Cheddar Cheese.
