Want to add a delicious spicy kick to add to your dish? You can't go wrong with some spicy potatoes and spicy zucchini, and they are especially nutritious! The best part about this recipe is that you can change it to fit your needs, such as adding more veggies or some meat like chicken, ground beef, or even our Carolina Reaper Summer Sausage or Jalapeno Summer Sausage.
We like it spicy and hot at Pepper Joe's, so we added a few superhot peppers such as Habaneros, Scotch Bonnets, Ghost Peppers, 7 Pot Peppers, and Trinidad Scorpions. We mix it up every time we make it, so use whatever you like to use or what you have currently!

-
1 Bell Pepper (we like red for their colors)

3 Hot Peppers (or vary to your heat level)
-
Fresh Basil
-
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cut tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, and potatoes into 1" chunks and put into pot with 1/2" of water.
Dice onions and garlic and add to pot.
Add sliced hot peppers, chopped basil, and salt and pepper to your taste, and cook until tender.
Optional: add cooked meat of your preference to the pot.
Once they are tender to the point where you can pierce a knife through the vegetables and potatoes, take it off the heat and serve.
