    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Set aside a pizza pan.

    2. Add warm water into a large mixing bowl. Then add sugar and yeast and stir to combine. Let sit for about 5 minutes, or until froth/bubbles appear.

    3. Add olive oil and gently stir to combine. Add 2 cups of flour and salt, and mix with a spatula or your hands until a ball begins to form (dough will still be slightly sticky). Add more flour as needed.

    4. Transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough, adding extra flour if needed if it's still sticky.

    5. Roll dough into your desired shape and gently transfer to your prepared pan. (Or bake on a pizza stone. If on a pizza stone, add a little corn meal or flour)

    6. Bake on the lower rack of your preheated oven for 5 minutes and remove from your oven. If using pre-made pizza crust, you don't need to heat it before, you can add sauce and toppings and pop it in the oven!

    7. Add sauce and toppings to your pizza, and cook for 15-20 minutes until bottom of crust looks slightly browned.

    8. Enjoy the heat!
