The Aji Fantasy pepper is a mild pepper that ripens to a bright yellow color and grows about 2 inches and has an odd shape with a rounded top and pinched middle. The flavoring is mild with a citrusy – fruity flavor that can be tangy. This pepper goes great on salads, seafood, or stand-alone cooked or raw. The Aji Fantasy pepper plant grows to about 4 ft tall and is very productive.
