Our Jedi F1 Pepper Plants will grow some of the largest jalapeno peppers in the world! The Jedi pepper is a massive hybrid variety that grows up to 4-5” long and 2” wide for a huge pepper. These smooth, glossy peppers maintain their dark green color throughout their maturity and can be plucked off the plant very easily when it’s time to harvest. These thick peppers have the signature heat and spicy flavor of jalapenos with a crisp texture that’s perfect for stuffing and eating fresh. You can also cook with these peppers and dry them into a great jalapeno chili powder to throw on your meals. Because of how large they are, Jedi Jalapenos are also great for fermented pickles, savoring them for later! Get your seedlings today!
