Description:
Munching on the Mariachi Peppers will taste like music to your taste buds! You guessed right; this pepper is named after the Mexican musical band. Mariachi is a beautiful plant that grows well in sunny locations and is a family-friendly pepper plant because the peppers are mild. So, you can be safe knowing that when friends and family come over for gatherings and parties, they will not be eating spicy peppers that’ll burn their tongues!
The Mariachi pepper plant is very productive and will quickly grow 4" conical peppers with smooth skins, meaty flesh, and tapered tips. What is even better is that the peppers look gorgeous in your garden or backyard. The plant will produce pods that ripen from creamy white, yellow, and pink rose, to then red.
We recommend tasting the Mariachi peppers when it matures into a creamy white color because they’ll have a delicate, complex flavor with fruity undertones reminiscent of melons! They are less spicy than the Jalapeno, but both peppers are quite meaty, so you can stuff the peppers. Use these peppers in salsas and sauces, eat them when fresh, or roast and grill them! Also, you can also use these as a substitute for jalapeno poppers.

Have and do highly recommend, many friends like to explore varieties and P.Js is the best
Every seed that I sowed came up and the plants are beautiful !! I have raised in the past and can't wait for time to plant outside !
I grew mariachis a couple years ago - they were slightly older than seedlings and while they produced it wasn’t enough to fill the jars. This time I went from seed from Pepper Joe’s. I got almost 100% germination from all the seeds I received. They sent extra bonus seeds and I’m really looking forward to what surprises are growing.
