If you’re wondering why it’s called Orange Sun, you thought right! The 4-lobed pepper will ripen from green to a vibrant, striking golden-orange color that looks just like the sun. Sweet and crunchy big bells that color to the glowing orange and bright crimson, the Orange Sun pepper will be one of your favorite sweet peppers for aesthetic plating and cooking!

The Orange Sun pepper plant is a prolific and vigorous plant that will produce heavy yields of orange peppers growing to 4 to 5 inches. You can harvest at both stages to boost production and give your meals some colors, but we recommend waiting until they are orange for their sweeter flavors! With its meaty thick walls, the Orange Sun bell pepper is ideal for grilling, sautéing, stuffing, and it will look sensational in salads and sandwiches. Don’t miss out on the Orange Sun because this is such a pretty pepper plant with stunning peppers that you’ll love displaying on the patio!

If you want a little kick, we recommend trying the Big Sun Habanero.

Love Pepper Joes!

The seeds germinate beautifully from Pepper Joe’s, as did the Orange Sun Pepper Seeds. I never have any problems.
