Love making homemade Sriracha or want to make your own? Don't miss out on Dirty Hoe Gardening Sriracha! This is a delicious Sriracha recipe that is also easy to make, and you can make this sauce anytime. Try making this to get some tang in your dishes and to try different Sriracha sauces.

1 lb of Cherry Hot peppers seeded and chopped
1 large head of garlic sliced
1/2 cup of vinegar
2 Tbsp of brown sugar
3/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp fish sauce
Warm water in reserve
Combine first five ingredients in covered stock pot, and cook for 25 min on low until tender. Make sure to stir occasionally
Once they are tender, transfer into a blender and add 1/3 of a cup of warm water and fish sauce
Pulse it to the consistency desired. Add more water if needed
