A version of the Ghost Chile is a natural variant, but rare. A white color when mature, this pepper starts out as light green and in the middle of the grow cycle can be a creamy white. Pods are 1.5 - 2 inches long. Heat is comparable to the other variants of the Bhut Jolokias. Grows like a normal Bhut, a productive plant that grows to about 3-4 ft tall.
