Bread & Butter Jalapenos

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds jalapenos
  • 2 lbs sweet onions
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 TB mustard seed
  • 2 TB celery seed

Directions

  1. Wash peppers, halve, and remove seeds. Slice onions thin.
  2. Pack peppers and onions into hot, sterilized pint jars.
  3. Place remaining ingredients into a saucepan and bring to boil.
  4. Fill jars with hot liquid and seal with sterile lids. Water bath for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
