Garlicky Mushrooms


  • 2 TB butter or 1 TB olive oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 or 2 hot peppers


  1. Melt butter or olive oil in small skillet, add garlic.
  2. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add peppers, turn heat up to medium cook for one more minute.
  4. Add mushrooms, and cook till brown and crispy around edges.
Add to your favorite sandwich or use as a side dish, and enjoy.
