- 2 TB butter or 1 TB olive oil
- 3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 or 2 hot peppers
- Melt butter or olive oil in small skillet, add garlic.
- Sauté until translucent.
- Add peppers, turn heat up to medium cook for one more minute.
- Add mushrooms, and cook till brown and crispy around edges.
