We took the ever-popular habanero pepper and combined it with sweet mango and some other spices to create one of our favorite beef jerky recipes yet. It gives you front-end sweet, with some back-end heat! Our beef jerky is made from premium cuts of beef brisket. Make sure you buy some extra to share because you’ll have a hard time putting the bag down.

Great flavor, nice heat!

We really enjoyed this jerky. The flavors are well presented and the heat is a "creaper" and not "over powering". Perfect balance between the two.

Poor Meat Quality

The flavor of the Mango Habanero was OK, but not as good as Jalapeno Jerky. What was disappointing was the gristle in the meat. All too frequently I had to discard sections of each piece that could not be chewed completely. I am curious if the meat for the Mango Habanero was from a different ranch, since I never had this issue with the Jalapeno Jerky.
