Curds are a Wisconsin staple, known for their fresh, addicting taste and springy texture that "squeaks" when you bite into them. These are seasoned with our original Cajun spice blend for an added zing of Louisiana flavor. Pro tip: microwave for a few seconds before eating for an authentic "fresh from the vat" taste!
