Description:
The Peach Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) is a natural variant of the Red Ghost, but peach in color. This previous Guinness World Record holder for the hottest pepper in the world (from 2007-2012) has a smooth taste with heat similar to a regular ghost pepper.
Peach Ghost peppers grow up to 6" long on sturdy stalks, ripening from light green to peach color, and will turn orange if they ripen past their peak. These elongated pods are wrinkly and pointy with smooth but bumpy skin.
Expect a smooth taste with heat similar to a regular Ghost with these variants. They have a very fruity flavor that almost kicks in after consumption (before the excruciating heat burns your mouth). The Peach Bhut Jolokia is very unique for its colors and flavors that you can add to a variety of dishes. Try this flavorful pepper for hot sauces, jellies and jam, powder, and more!

Excellent structure so far, popped 1st try
Can't wait to grow them. I need to go ahead and start growing them inside.
The peach ghost seeds I planted have done extremely well! 2 of the 3 seeds I planted germinated and the plants are thriving. They are hearty and have been the healthiest plants I’ve had yet this time around. I’m growing 6 different peppers from joe right now including 2 of the mystery variety.
10/10 of the Peach Ghost pepper seeds we got have Germinated. Beautiful plants, excited for the fruits of our labor. The Reward will be sweet!! Thanks so much for all the great seeds!!!
Holy guacamole, these guys are loving everything I throw at them, just had to go thin them out because they have leaves coming out of every inch of them. It's kinda like a VERY hairy man, it's interesting but we had to do some serious landscaping to get these guys to stop throwing leaves out of every single node. I have the equivalent of a top trying to grow out of every node a leaf came from. 100% germination with light, heat mat at 75 degrees F and a dome, if they produce like they're growing this might be a biannual crop for the sake of how heavily I'm planning on it producing.
