Ghost Pepper Jack

I have an interesting suggestion. First, the Ghost Pepper Jack is fabulous, but you should consider adding some roasted garlic to this cheese and sell both types. Also, same comment applies to the Carolina Reaper cheddar.

Clearly you guys have paired up with a top notch creamery to make this cheese so adding the garlic should be straight forward.

Greatest cheese ever

I used this to make appetizers for New Years Eve party, they were awesome! Wheat crackers each topped with a slice of Pepper Joe’s Ghost cheese and a slice of pepperoni, put the pan under the broiler till the cheese starts to melt. Let them cool for a minute and enjoy!

Seriously good. One of my pet peeves is when things are advertised as hot but they aren't. This is not that. It has a wonderful kick and that unique ghost pepper flavor. Another reviewer mentioned grilled cheese. Yes, indeed! I think I'll try that out right now.

Sending cheese to AZ when it’s 110* doesn’t work. The company tried twice and was willing to try again, but I just said let’s not. Good ghost sausage!
