We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

*Please note that insulated shipping in the summer and to locations above 60 degrees will alter the appearance of this box as pictured.

Classic Cheese Curds: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.

Garlic Dill Cheese Curds: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, garlic seasoning (granulated garlic and dill weed).

Barron Sausage Co. Summer Sausage: Beef, pork, salt, dextrose, spices, sugar, lactic acid starter culture, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.

Blueberry Jalapeño Jam: Blueberry, Cane Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin, Jalapeno, Lime.
