First off I had excellent service from Pepper Joes. I usually buy dry pods and bust them up in a coffee grinder and keep the crushed flakes in shakers for use in everything from chili to ramen to soups, hot sauce etc but this is the first time I bought powder. I like it just fine. flavor is excellent, almost a bit salty but a fine after heat. no weird flavors (ala habernaro) I have been at the hot spice/ hot sauce for many years now and this powder of Trininidad Scorpion is excellent. will buy again. Pepper Joes rocks! Merry Christmas!
