Great peppers with a spicy citrus profile. Wonderful made into hot sauce and salsa.

Himo Togarashi peppers are now one of my favorites! These were some of the first seeds to germinate and the plant took off once it was in the ground. They were also my earliest harvest.
What's odd is that these peppers were like a roulette. Some had almost no spice and all flavor (which was smoky and earthy- LOVE!), and occasionally I would bite into one and get blasted with jalapeno level hurt.
These guys are great freshly cut up and sprinkled in food to make it smoky flavored.

These peppers are absolutely awesome for sauces. I will definitely be growing these again.

These beautiful peppers are definitely hotter than the noted 5-30k SHU. My husband (who regularly eats peppers in the 300k-1mil SHU range even said that these are definitely hotter than 30k (he estimated on par with a scotch bonnet). These peppers made a great hot sauce, and I love the look of the variegated plant.

I have grown gazillions of peppers and these are hands down my favorite. The plant is nice and bushy. They are prolific producers. When the peppers turn bright red, they are so sweet and crunchy that they can be eaten out of hand. They can be used like red bell peppers in cooking. Roasted, they do not need to be peeled but if you want to deseed them, they tear easily and become shapeless but still yummy.

4.5 stars (rounded up to 5) only because I didn't have the best germination on these. Otherwise, they had great yields and had a nice level of heat that I could use them all up without making my recipes too hot. These were great sliced and pickled on sandwiches as well.

I don't think I wasted a single pepper, they all got harvested and used up. I find hotter peppers I struggle with, as a little goes a long way with those for me.

Could maybe be just smidge hotter for me, but overall, they are super versatile to use daily in cooking. I made tons of hot pepper relish, sliced/pickled peppers and stuffed peppers with these. A great choice if you have limited space in the garden!

Peach Scotch Bonnet Pepper Seeds

I purchased a single pack of 10 black Hungarian pepper seeds 2 seasons ago. They germinated very well. Had such a bountiful harvest. I saved about 30 seeds for this year and almost every single seed germinated again. I had so much that produced from the 8 plants that went to the garden this year, I could have sworn they were ever bearing. These just produced and produced for me. I'm in zone 4/5 in WI. These peppers went great in salads and salsa. I am currently dehydrating a batch to be ground up and trying in a spice blend.
