Cajun Catfish

Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets (4 oz each)
  • 1 oz wheat flakes cereal (crushed)
  • 1 oz paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 TB oil

Directions

  1. Wash fillets and pat dry.
  2. Mix wheat flakes and seasonings in large bowl.
  3. Dip fillets in seasoning mix, coating both sides.
  4. Fry fillets in oil.
