I received a pack of these seeds for free with my order. I planted them and they all germinated. They’re very productive and I’m currently harvesting a lot of them. When the plant was big enough to determine what mystery seeds I had been sent, I was a bit bummed to learn that they were Scotch Brain Strain Orange. I guess I was expecting something a bit more exotic, and these seemed a bit boring. But now that I’m harvesting them and have had a chance to taste them, they’re better than I thought they would be. Thin walled, fruity, and HOT! I’m trying some out in my dehydrator to make a seasoning powder, and a hot sauce! I’ll be growing these again!
This is my favorite pepper from Pepper Joe. All seeds germinated and the plant produced tons and tons of peppers late in the season. I will be growing these again this year. Great flavor for hot sauces, both for intensity of heat and for flavor, color is nice too.
Got em free with purchase of other seeds! It germinated really fast,so i was sure it couldn't be a superhot. The plant grew into a fine species! Wish the pods were bigger!: Fruiting was sparse!
I received a small pack of these included as free seeds with my order in spring of 2020. I didn’t have a plan for where to put them so the pack sat neglected in my basement for a year. I planted them about 3 weeks ago and every single seed germinated. The seedlings look good and healthy. I’m looking forward to seeing how they do as full plants this year.
love the flavor and heat behind this pepper im planting 36 of them this year
